Needs Analysis - One of our Technical Consultants will reach out to you to schedule an in-person or phone consultation to determine project requirements and timelines. We will use the information gained during this consultation to develop a solution tailor-made for your business.

Quotation - Once we receive the “ok” from you on our proposed solution our quotes team will source and request quotes from 3 or more Service Providers on your behalf.

Negotiation - Once quotes are returned (usually within 24 hrs) we will compare and contrast the benefits/shortfalls of each to ensure you make the most informed decision.

Contracts - After you have chosen the winning quote we will provide the contract on behalf of the Service Provider. Once signed, we will send it off to the Service Provider and your job is done! Our goal is to not only save you time and money, it’s to help build solutions that ease the concerns present within your business.
